Our Match Report
The Reds came into this game knowing they had to get a W in order to keep their playoff hunt alive. At their Home pitch at Salem High school, North Shore came out early and played their game forcing the Maccabi to bunch into the middle allowing for easy walk in try’s on the edge. This was no cake walk as the Maccabi’s had an answers for us and were able to utilize their shifty heavy’s inserted into the back line and proving troublesome for our backs to wrangle.
The match was back and forth for tries but as the game progressed deep into the second half, Boston started to see internal turmoil and frustration set in and the Reds were able to stay up on the score board and squeak out a well deserved Win.
